Court Marking Notes For Girls Volleyball:
10 Foot Lines
These lines (shown in the above diagram) are marks to distinguish the front and back areas of the court. Backrow players cannot attack in front of the 10-foot line.
Center Line
The center line is directly under the net, and separates the two sides of the court. Blockers, setters and hitters must be careful not to step across (or land across) the center line on the other team’s side, as it will cost them the point.
